IT-4055 Intro to Networking and Security
This module covers knowledge required to assemble components based on customer requirements, install, configure and maintain devices, PCs and software for end users, understand the basics of networking and security/forensics, properly and safely diagnose, resolve and document common hardware and software issues while applying troubleshooting skills.
IT-4000 CompTIA Network+
This course includes a basic introduction to skills and concepts for network technicians building upon existing user-level knowledge and experience with personal computer operating systems and networks to present fundamental skills and concepts that learners will use on the job in any type of networking career.
IT-4050 CompTIA Security+
This course covers concepts including identifying risk, risk mitigation activities, and provide infrastructure, application, information, and operational security
IT-3050 CompTIA A+ Part 1
This course covers introductory concepts for the CompTIA A+ exam including PC set up, hardware, motherboards, RAM types and features, installing and configuring expansion cards and storage devices, connection interfaces, power supplies and installing displays and peripherals.
IT-3100 CompTIA A+ Part 2
This course is an in-depth exposure to computer software, mobile devices, security, and troubleshooting. Students learn the functionality of operating system software as well as suggested best practices in maintenance, and security.
IT-4090 Microsoft Desktop Administration
This course is designed to prepare students to develop the skills to support and configure Windows 10/11 desktops in an organizational environment.
